This product is a low foaming cleaner-sanitizer with effective rinsing agents, ideally suited for use in bar glass washers for sanitizing and rinsing glasses.
 
For sanitizing bar glasses, use 12 ppm solution in the final rinse cycle of machine. For cleaning and sanitizing of utensils and equipment: preflush with warm water, then wash with 25 ppm solution using warm water. Rinse with potable water. Prior to using equipment, sanitize with 12 ppm solution.
 
CAUTION: Never dilute with hot water.
